1. Try Something New- Whether it be golfing to ballroom dancing any physical activity especially new ones can bring about different body techniques and your mind fresh.
2. Win- Motivation is temporary and inspiration is permanent. Make a goal and commit to it. From a simple walk out in the woods to a 5k or 10k. Once you commit to a certain goal or activity you have to do it. Once there there is no turning back and you will be happy you did.
3. Brain Train-Read up on on your favorite sport or hobby this will allow you to come up with more information to become better at what you do. It increases your confidence and gives you some leverage.
4. Friendships- A healthy and active social network is a great way to you keep you happy and is the best predictor of long-term mental health.
5. Nutrition, Nutrition, Nutrition!!- Eat right, think right. Healthy eating habits promotes a healthy body and mind. It leaves you energized and anew.
6. A New Buzz -Running can kick up some serious endorphins. It has the potential to treat depression, addiction and pain. Once you are in your running zone you dont want to stop.
7. Chill- Laughing is a great stress release. Watching funny movies or youtube funny videos can put a spring in your step.
